As a marine biologist, I often seek environments that balance nature and comfort, and Villa Chee promised just that. The main building boasts a seasonal outdoor pool that includes slides, which delighted the kids. The small swimming pool was also suitable for family activities, making it an engaging spot for everyone. One aspect of my stay was disappointing: the room I booked was different from what was advertised. The 'seaview homestay' ended up being far from the water, with no complementary breakfast provided, despite the higher fee. It felt misleading, and others I spoke to echoed similar concerns about their bookings. The facilities did support comfort: the room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and free toiletries were provided. The terrace offered a lovely spot to relax, surrounded by the serene paddy fields. While Villa Chee has potential with amenities like bike rentals and a karaoke room for entertainment, I urge future guests to clarify their bookings and ensure the actual accommodations delivered align with their expectations.
